某院2009～2011年中药注射液用药分析

Analysis of Utlilization of TCM Injections in Our Hospital during 2009～2011

目的了解本院中药注射液的应用情况,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法调查本院2009～2011年中药注射液的年销售量和销售金额,采用DDDs分析方法和药物经济学方法,分析中药注射液的销售金额、用药频度。结果 2009～2011年本院中药注射液的销售金额和用药频度呈明显上升趋势,其中痰热清注射液销售金额增长明显。结论本院中药注射液的使用基本合理,价格适中且疗效确切的中药注射液在临床应用中占有较大份额,具有抗菌消炎作用的清热解毒类中药注射剂用量增长快。

Objective To analyze the application of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） injections in our hospital,so as to provide more evidence for the safe and rational application of TCM injections.Methods Use of Traditional Chinese medicine injections in patients admitted to Department of Internal Medicine of the hospital from 2009 to 2011 were analyzed using the cost sum and DDD methods.Results The annual sales,DDDs of TCM injections in the hospital rised yearly from 2009 to 2011,the consumption amount of TanReQing Injection was increased.Conclusion The use of TCM injections in the hospital is generally reasonable,affordable,the exact efficacy of TCM injections occupied larger proportion.The dosage of anti-bacterial anti-inflammatory injection of TCM is growing fast.
