分泌性中耳炎合并变应性鼻炎病因及治疗 被引量：2

摘要 分泌性中耳炎常合并呼吸道变应性疾病，如变应性鼻炎、鼻息肉、支气管哮喘等。变态反应在分泌性中耳炎病因中的作用日趋受到重视，皮质类固醇激素、变应原脱敏治疗等可能在其治疗中发挥重要作用。本文对近年来分泌性中耳炎合并变应性鼻炎的病因和治疗研究进行概述。
