牵拉颤腰复位法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效观察

Tractive Lumbar-vibrating Reposition Treat Protrusion of the Lumbar Intervertebral Disc

[目的]探讨牵拉颤腰复位法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的作用机制和临床疗效。[方法]对38例腰椎间盘突出症患者进行牵拉颤腰复位法治疗。[结果]38例中治愈27例,好转8例,未愈3例,总有效率91.6%。[结论]牵拉颤腰复位法治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效明显。

[Objective] To explore the functional mechanism and clinical effect of tractive lumbar-vibrating reposition on protrusion of lumbar interverbral disc.[Method] Administer the said method to 38 cases of the disease above.[Result] 27 cases were cured,8 were better,3 not cured,and the total effective rate was 91.6%.[Conclusion] Tractive lumbar-vibrating reposition has marked curative effect on the protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc.
