运用“烧山火”手法深刺夹脊穴治疗腰椎间盘突出症

Heat-producing Needling Spinal Acupoints Treat Protrusion of the Lumbar Intervertebral Disc

[目的]观察运用"烧山火"手法深刺夹脊穴治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。[方法]将120例本病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各60例,治疗组运用"烧山火"手法深刺夹脊穴治疗,对照组采用常规的针刺方法针刺夹脊穴治疗。[结果]总有效率治疗组为93.3%,对照组为80%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。[结论]运用"烧山火"手法深刺夹脊穴治疗腰椎间盘突出症有较好的疗效。

[Objective] To explore the clinical effect of heat-producing needling spinal acupoints deeply on protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc.[Method] Randomly divide 120 cases into treatment and control groups,60 cases in each;the treatment group takes heat-producing needling spinal acupoints deeply;the other one routine acupuncture of spinal acupoints.[Reslult] The total effective rate was 93.3% for treatment group,and 80% for control one;the difference of comparison was of statistical meaning.[Conclusion] The heat-producing needling spinal acupoints deeply has good curative effect on the protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc.
