氯己定复合明胶海绵预防下颌阻生智齿拔除术后干槽症的研究

THE COMBINED USE OF CHLORHEXIDINE AND GELATIN SPONGE IN PREVENTING DRY SOCKET AFTER THE EXTRACTION OF MANDIBULAR THIRD MOLARS

目的观察氯己定复合明胶海绵预防下颌阻生智齿拔除术后干槽症的效果。方法将465例拔除下颌阻生智齿的患者随机分为两组。实验组(241例)拔牙后用0.12%的氯己定溶液冲洗拔牙窝,然后填塞入0.12%的氯己定浸泡过的明胶海绵;对照组(224例)拔牙后仅用0.12%的氯己定溶液冲洗拔牙窝。结果实验组干槽症发生率为0.82%,对照组为4.02%,两者比较有统计学意义(χ2=5.11,P<0.05)。结论下颌阻生智齿拔除术后拔牙窝内填塞0.12%的氯己定浸泡过的明胶海绵能有效地预防干槽症的发生。

Objective To evaluate the effect of the combined use of chlorhexidine and gelatin sponge in preventing postoperative dry socket after the extraction of mandibular third molars.Methods 465 patients who underwent the extraction of mandibular third molars were randomly divided into two groups.After tooth extraction,all wounds were washing by 0.12% chlorhexidine rinse.Then,gelatin sponges containing 0.12% chlorhexidine were applied to the wound in the experimental group（n=241）,but not used in the control group（n=224） not used.Results The incidences of dry socket in the experimental group and the control group were 0.82% and 4.02% respectively（χ2=5.11,P〈0.05）.Conclusion the combined use of 0.12% chlorhexidine and gelatin sponge can effectively prevent postoperative dry socket after the extraction of mandibular third molars.
