摘要
桂阳县属湖南双方言区。全县除城关普遍使用西南官话外,其他各乡镇一般对外使用西南官话,对内使用土话。本文重点描述了燕塘土话的语音特点及文白异读的情况。
The paper focuses on phonological features and colloquial-literary strata of the Yantang Tuhua, spoken by the local inhabitants within their own community. When speaking to outsiders, Southwestern Mandarin is generally adopted. Guiyang county is a bidialectural area.
