摘要
应用多刚体动力学仿真理论提出了一种在小型工件复合加工中如何选择机床主轴布置方案的方法,并建立其相应的简化多刚体动力学模型。对各个方案模型进行了模态分析和受迫频率响应分析。通过比较方案间的动态特性差异,选择合理的主轴布置方案。建模及分析方法对其他类似机构设计方案的选择具有参考意义。
It applies the multi body simulation theory to propose a method of supporting decision on the axis configuration in complex machine tools design. Based on different compound processing plans for the given miniature workpiece, it presents the corresponding axis configuration forms and their simplified simulation models for each processing plan, compares modal analysis and forced frequency response technique with the dynamic performance of the models. This can support the decision on axis configuration.
