摘要
智能手机的功能拓展无限性与人的认知负荷有限性矛盾导致认知负荷矛盾。通过对使用情境的区分而针对智能手机构建的认知地图系统,将有助于减轻使用者操作智能手机时的认知负荷,从而进行更有效的操作和使用。通过对智能手机使用问题的定性描述和分类,针对其中的认知负荷问题进行分析并通过相应的使用情境对界面信息进行分离,从而构建使用情境的认知系统,减轻认知负荷。
With the mobile phone of intelligent mobile phone network upgrades and hardware development, it is multipling for scalability it designs the interface experience and interactivity, develops the users' func- tion with smart phone. There are many negative effects on dealing with so many programmes and orders. It is mainly because of the contradiction between the unlimitedness of the function expansion of smart phone and finiteness of users' cognitive load. Through the course of definition of situational distinction to build cognitive map system for smart phone, it sets the goal to help to ease the users' cognitive load through the operation of smart phone. This system can be more efficient operation of the intelligent phone.
