摘要
昆明新机场航站楼1~4号彩带安装,根据拱形空间钢结构的特点,划分合理的吊装分段,通过计算机模拟拼装检验构件尺寸。钢结构临时支撑采用租赁的组合贝雷架,采用大型履带式起重机进行跨外吊装,吊装前通过计算机模拟仿真技术验证结构受力和变形,使钢结构吊装全过程受控。安装划分为若干施工段,采取从中间向两端推进的吊装顺序,确保拱结构受力及变形的均衡。钢结构临时支撑卸载采取合理的顺序和技术措施,确保卸载安全可靠。
Based on the spatial steel arch structure's characteristics to divide the ribbons into legal hoisting segments,the No.1 to No.4 steel ribbons in terminal building of the new Kunming Airport are installed successfully by simulating and checking member's dimension.The ribbons are out-span hoisted by using the rented composite bailey truss as temporary support and large crawler crane.Before hoisting,structure loading and deformation are simulated by computer to control structure hoisting process.The hoisting sequence is from middle to two ends which can assure average structure loading and deformation.The unloading of the steel structure temporary support is safe and reliable by using legal sequence and technologies.
