摘要
昆明新机场航站楼中心区南立面玻璃幕墙位于屋面支撑结构钢彩带中部,设计为双向单索幕墙,结构设计独特,受力较为复杂。针对彩带拉索幕墙的结构变形特点,搭设适应彩带结构的脚手架,采取科学合理的安装方案,通过特殊节点处理,防止拉索与钢材摩擦损伤。制订科学合理的预应力张拉方案,控制拉索应力,解决了这一特殊幕墙结构的施工难题。
The glass curtain wall of south surface in center area of terminal building of the New Kunming Airport locates on the middle steel ribbon of the roof,which is designed bi-direction single-cable curtain with special structure and complex load.Based on structure deformation characteristics of the curtain,reasonable scaffold is set up,scientific installation scheme and special joints are used to prevent friction damage of cable and steel structure.By developing scientific and reasonable prestress tension scheme and controlling cable's stress,the cable glass curtain wall is constructed successfully.
