摘要
某大跨重型钢结构工业厂房"两联六口"箱形柱结构复杂,体型大,质量达60.662t,焊接变形控制困难;屋面梁安装高度大,悬空高强螺栓连接,安装难度大。通过对大跨度重型钢结构工业厂房的关键技术难点分析,从主要钢构件制作和安装两个方面着手,采取有效的施工措施和方法,解决了箱形柱加工制作和异形钢柱安装的技术难题,保证了工程质量。
Two-line-six-opening box-type column in long-span heavy steel structure industrial workshop has complex structure and heavy body of 60.662 tons.It is difficult for controlling welding deformation.At the same time,the roof beams with large installation height are connected by high-strength bolts in high-sky,which is difficult for installation.Through analysis of key technology difficulties of the industrial workshop,effective construction measures and methods are taken from two aspects of steel member＇s prefabrication and installation to solve these difficulties and guarante engineering quality.
