摘要
结合福建濠景大厦复杂旋转移位工程,简单介绍了濠景大厦旋转平移工程轨道梁设计方案,并针对工程施工中遇到的具有本工程特点的技术问题提出了解决的技术措施,主要包括轨道定位放线方法、管桩偏位处理、土方开挖、轨道梁与原基础连接部位的处理和旋转轴施工等。
In building monolithic moving engineering,moving track scheme has the decisive influence on construction safety and cost.is the biggest and most complex rotation movement Haojing Building project in China,its track beam scheme and chose reasons of this plan are introduced simply in this paper.Some main encountered technique problems in construction are submitted,including how to mark lines of arc moving track beam position precisely,pile displacement treatment,earth excavation,treatment of the interface between track beam and the original piles cap,and construction of rotation shaft.The construction technique measures for these problems are provided.
