摘要
某居住性仿古建筑基础持力层为新近素填土,经机械分层碾压形成。因雨水侵入产生不均匀沉降和倾斜。条形基础断裂100多处,西院地下室南北向倾斜达7.06‰,西配房东西向最大倾斜达16.2‰,挡土墙倾斜8~10mm/2~3d,并在墙体中部、南部、北部分别出现1~2mm竖向通长裂缝;建筑处于危险状态中。通过坑式静压钢管桩终止住房部分的沉降并实施纠偏,通过自进式锚杆结合水平压力注浆实施松散素填土的固结增强及挡土墙加固。对地下室采取从底板附带上部建筑整体顶升方式纠偏,达到了结构无损坏、底板防水层未破损的效果。
The foundation of some residence antique building sits on the newly plain fill soil formed by layered compaction.Differential settlement and tilt of the building occur due to rainwater intrusion.Fracture in the foundation is more than 100 of strip,north-south inclination of basement in the west yard is up to 7.06‰,east-west inclination of the west auxiliary is up to 16.2‰,tilt speed of retaining walls is about 8~10mm/2~3d,and 1~2mm width vertical cracks occur along the middle,south and north wall.The building is dangerous.The building stops settlement and is deviation rectified by pit pressure steel pipe pile.The newly plain soil is consolidated and the retaining wall is enhanced by automatic anchor pole and horizontal pressure grouting.The basement and upper structure are rectified deviation by integral jack-up method from the bottom plate,which make structure and waterproofing of bottom plate no damage.
