摘要
以九阳股份为案例,以企业如何通过自组织创新达成高企业成长为核心问题,基于自组织理论,视企业为具有耗散结构的开放系统,不断与外界进行着物质、能量和信息的交换;视企业文化为混沌理论中企业成长的"核",视成长的各创新要素为创新因子,各创新因子输入系统后,经过竞争协同和过程演化,达到混沌边界,经催化促成企业系统突变,从而实现企业的高成长。
This paper aims to find out how enterprises achieve high growth via sell-organization innovation by conducting a case study of Joyoung. Based on the self-organization theory, Joyoung is viewed as an open system with a dissipative structure, which constantly exchanges materials, energy and information with the outside world,the corporate culture is viewed as the core of enterprise growth in the chaos theory, while the innovative elements are viewed as innovation factors of the system. The innovation factors will compete and cooperate with each other after they are put into the system, and then they will reach the borders of the chaos. The system will change suddenly with the management catalyst, and in this way the corporation can grow at a high speed.
