抗氧剂对PMI泡沫性能影响的研究

摘要 PMI泡沫塑料的制备过程中,高温发泡和热处理均会导致泡沫发生热氧化,因此须加入少量抗氧剂。同时抗氧剂的加入将有助于改善PMI泡沫塑料的力学性能和耐热性能。分别选用四(β-(3,5-三级丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸)季戊四醇酯(抗氧剂1010)和三(2,4-二叔丁基苯基)亚磷酸酯(抗氧剂168)作为抗氧剂,探讨了其对PMI泡沫塑料制备的影响。结果发现:PMI泡沫塑料的密度、抗压强度、拉伸强度、抗弯强度、压剪强度、弹性模量均随抗氧剂用量的增加而提高,抗氧剂1 010对PMI泡沫密度和各力学性能的影响比抗氧剂168更明显。同时抗氧剂的加入改善了PMI泡沫的耐热性,随着两种抗氧剂用量的增加,PMI泡沫塑料的220℃热失重率逐渐降低,300℃的残留率逐渐增加,抗氧剂168对PMI泡沫塑料耐热性的提高较抗氧剂1010更显著。 High temperature and heat-treatment could lead thermal oxidation to PMI foam, so small amount of antioxidant has to be added to the mixture during the preparation of PMI foams. This may improve the mechanical properties and heat resistance of PMI foam. The study on the effect of antioxidant on the preparation of PMI foams was presented in this paper by selecting antioxidant 1010 and antioxidant 168 respectively. The results showed that the density, compression strength, tensile strength, flexural strength, shear strength and elastic modulus of PMI foam gradually improved with the increase of the content of antioxidant. The effect of antioxidant 1010 on the density,elastic modulus and mechanical properties of PMI foam was more obvious than antioxidant 168.The addition of antioxidant also improved the heat resistance of PMI foam. Thermal weight loss of 220℃ of PMI foams was gradually decreased and residual rate of 300℃ gradually increased with the increase of the content of antioxidant. The effect of antioxidant 168 on the heat resistance of PMI foams was more obvious than antioxidant 1010.
