论述了金针菇等蘑菇的冰结合蛋白的提取、纯化、活性测定、序列分析及其基因的研究。同时简要介绍了抗冻蛋白和冰结合蛋白及其基因在实践中的应用进展。

The study on extraction,purification,determination of aetivaty,analysis of gene sequenceof, several ice binding proteins, in the mushrooms as flammulina velutipes were described. At the same time the practical applications of antifreeze proteins and ice binding proteins and their genes were briefly introduced.
