摘要
利用均匀设计法优化了超声波提取白桦树皮中鞣质的工艺,确定了最佳工艺条件。超声波辅助提取桦树鞣质的最佳条件为:乙醇浓度15%(V/V),提取时间30min,提取温度35℃,超声波功率500W;此条件下提取桦树鞣质,收率达到5.74%,纯度为45.68%。
The technique for the extraction of White birch bark tannin by ultrasonic was optimized using uniform design. And the optimum conditions of ultrasound-assisted extraction of Birch tannin were obtained as follows: Ethanol concentration of 15% (V / V), extraction time 30min, and ultrasonic power 500 W. The yield of extraction birch tannins was 5.74% under this condition, and the purity was 45.68%.
