米尔斯海默理论视阈下的美国遏制俄罗斯战略 被引量：2

摘要 进入21世纪,美国对俄罗斯仍保持着防范和戒备状态,极力阻挠其发展势头。奥巴马上台后,在美俄关系重启的掩饰下,美国一直奉行遏制战略。以美国学者约翰.米尔斯海默的进攻现实主义理论为视角,对美国制俄战略进行诠释,并通过探讨米氏理论的缺陷及其与现实产生的"代沟",揭示美国制俄战略的实质,进而预判美国对俄战略的未来走向。
