摘要
使用10种不同种衣剂处理,筛选出的T1和T3两种种衣剂能有效促进植株苗期的生长。种衣剂对新甜14号的致病性无显著性效果,所有处理的感病性和对照无明显差别,但是使用种衣剂后植株的耐受立枯病性得到了明显提高,对立枯病有明显的抑制作用,试验筛选出效果最佳的种衣剂是T2。试验筛选出T7、T8两种对产量起明显效果的种衣剂,使用种衣剂后能有效提高甜菜块根的含糖率。试验筛选出的T1、T7对甜菜母根的产糖量有明显效果,综合性状较好。可以对试验初步筛选出的T1、T2、T3、T7和T8做进一步的试验和鉴定,以选出最适宜新疆本地气候条件的种衣剂。
T1 and T3 selected from 10 different seed coating agent treatments were for effectively stimulating plant growth in seedling stage. All seed coating agents had no significant effect on pathogenicity of sugarbeet Xintianl4. No obvious difference was observed of susceptibility in all treatments in comparison with the control group. T2 was the optimum seed coating agent, the tolerance of Rhizoctonia disease was obviously increased, and Rhizoctonia disease was significantly inhibited. Both T7 and T8 can effectively improve sugarbeet yield and sugar content, T1 and T7 had good integrated traits, and their sugar yield was obviously improved. T1, T2, T3, T7 and T8 was preliminarily selected and further tested, to select the optimum seed coating agents for Xinjiang local climate conditions.
