术前常用滴眼液对角膜内皮及角膜厚度的影响 被引量:1

Influence of eye drops routinely used before surgery on corneal endothelial cells and corneal thickness

摘要 目的讨论白内障手术前常规使用的左氧氟沙星滴眼液、妥布霉素滴眼液及普拉洛芬滴眼液滴眼对角膜内皮细胞密度及角膜厚度的影响。方法白内障手术前120例(120眼),随机分为6个组。术前分别以4次/d及1次/h两种频率滴用左氧氟沙星滴眼液、妥布霉素滴眼液及普拉洛芬滴眼液连续3d,检测用药前后角膜内皮细胞密度及角膜厚度。结果3种滴眼液按照两种使用频率连用3d,用药前后角膜内皮细胞密度及中央角膜厚度自身对照比较差异均无统计学意义(t=-1.595~1.608,P〉0.05)。结论左氧氟沙星、妥布霉素及普拉洛芬滴眼液对角膜内皮细胞密度及角膜厚度的并无明显影响。 Objective This study was performed to discuss the influences of the routine use of levofloxacin eye drops, tobramycin eye drops and pranoprofen eye drops on corneal endothelial cells and corneal thickness before cataract surgery. Methods 120 cases ( 120 eyes) which accepted the cataract surgery were collected and divided into six groups randomly. The levofloxacin eye drops, tobramycin eye drops and pranoprofen eye drops were used for three days with two frequencies: four times a day and once every hour, and the corneal endothelium and corneal thickness before and after medication were detected. Results The differences of corneal endothelial cell density and the central corneal thickness before and after medicine with three kinds of eye drops under two frequencies were not significant (t = - 1. 595 - 1. 608 ,P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion The routine use of levofloxacin eye drops, tobramycin eye drops and pranoprofen eye drops could not affect the corneal endothelial cells and corneal thickness obviously.
