摘要
随着机械化采煤的发展,掘进机的使用大大提高了煤矿采掘的效率。因此掘进机的设计方法也成为近年各煤机生产企业提升研发效率所关注的焦点。模块化的Top-Down设计方法的使用打破了原来自底向上的设计思维,节约了大量的设计时间,提升了产品设计的准确性,参数化设计也使产品变型变得十分简便、可控,模块化的设计方法也实现了功能模块的互换、快速按需求生成新机型的功能。
According to the development of mechanized coal mining, cantalever roadheader raise the effective of mining. As this result ,the design method of cantalever roadheader become to the focus recent years. The modularization Top-Down design method break down the traditional design thinking that form down to top. It save a lot of time, promote the accuracy. The parametric design make the changing of product easy and controlled. The modularization design method make the interchangeability and generating new product of function module come true.
