摘要
针对采煤机破碎部截齿座结构特点,结合实际工况,对截齿座进行了优化设计,对优化前后截齿、截齿座装配体整体性能进行分析比较。结果表明该优化方法行之有效,为采煤机破碎部截齿、截齿座装配体整体性能分析提供了完整的思路,对类似结构设计具有指导意义。
The structure character about pick seat of crushing mill of shearer was studied, according to actual working condition. Pick seat was optimized,and the overall performance was analyzed and compared. The results show that optimization method analysis of assembly body, the results of optimization is effective, integration idea has been provided for are useful to design some similarity structures.
