摘要
根据弹性力学理论和压力容器设计知识对煤矿移动机器人的隔爆壳体进行设计,得到初始参数,运用Solidworks软件结合设计参数对隔爆壳体进行建模,利用COSMOSworks工具箱对壳体和端盖进行有限元分析,根据分析结果对结构进行优化,对壳体进行应力分析,以检验优化后的结构满足强度要求。
According to theory of elasticity and knowledge of pressure vessel design, flameproof enclosure of coalmine robot is designed to get initial parameters. Combination of design parameters and Solidworks software, model of flameproof enclosure is built. Using COSMOSworks toolbox, finite element analysis of enclosure and cover is carried out, and optimize structure based on results of analysis. Finally, stress analysis of enclosure is calculated again to test optimized structure to meet strength requirements.
