Dynamical Analysis of Aiguilles of Auger Miner Based on MATLAB

为了能够有效地对螺旋钻采煤机钻头的运动参数对整机的影响进行分析,利用MATLAB软件对其进行了仿真分析:分析了采煤机的基本原理;研究了MATLAB软件的仿真方法;建立了螺旋钻采煤机钻头的运动数学模型;分析了螺旋钻采煤机钻头转速对螺旋钻采煤机性能的影响,结果表明利用MATLAB对钻头进行动力学仿真,具有高效、准确的特点。

In order to study the effect of the moving parameters on the performance of the auger miner, MATLAB software was used in the simulation analysis of it. Firstly, the basic theory of it was analyzed, and then the simulation method of MATLAB was studied, and then the mathematical model of it was constructed, and finally the effect of the moving parameters on the performance of the auger miner was studied, and results showed that this method had hizh effective and correct.
