乳化液马达驱动超短刮板机的特性分析

摘要 开采4-8m急斜煤层,采用F3200/17.5/27F型放顶煤液压支架.工作面放落煤运输到顺槽平巷转载机中的距离较短,现有刮板机不适合,采用乳化液马达直接驱动可使整机结构大为简化,有利于超短距离运输。由于超短刮板输送机通常都是满载启动.故搭建“等效变量泵”和定量乳化液马达容积调速回路实现恒转矩输出,以满足超短刮板输送机满载启动的要求。 4-8 m mining in steep seam, using F3200/17.5/27F type caving coal hydraulic support caving coal working face, for transport to a trough level loader in short distances, the existing scraper is not suitable, the emulsion motor direct drive can make the structure is greatly simplified, is helpful for short distance transport. As a result of ultrashort scraper conveyor are usually start with full load, so the platform of "equivalent variable pump" and quantitative emulsion motor speed adjusting circuit to realize constant torque output, in order to meet the needs of ultrashort scraper conveyor start with full load requirements.
