摘要
通过对刀尖内摆线轨迹数学模型的深入研究,探讨了利用内摆线实现工件和刀具连续旋转分度加工的高效数控加工技术;阐述了此种方法加工的基本思想;并通过通用软件的混合编程在多开发平台上实现了内摆线加工仿真,验证了内摆线加工原理的可行性,最后给出了几种回转体零件的加工策略。
By the way of deepgoing research on the inner-cycloid locus equation of knifepoint, the high efficiency NC machining technology was studied based on a continuous rotation indexing machining between the workpiece spindle and the cutter spindle using the inner-cycloid equation. And the basic machining method was introduced. The inner-cycloid machining simulation was realized on the multi- development platforms through mixing programming on the universa given out in the end.
