System Design and Analysis about Guide Track Type Getting Automatically in and out of Test Rig

导轨式自动进出支架系统主要功能是实现液压支架自动进入试验台,试验完成后,再自动退出试验台,提高液压支架进出试验台的效率。进出架系统设计充分考虑现有试验台现状,在其基础上设计,并对其可行性进行分析。它能提高液压支架检测检验效率,消除安全隐患,有着重要的实用意义。

The main function of guide track type getting automatically in and out of test rig is realizing hydraulic support getting into test rig automatically, and after test, making it out of test rig automatically too. It enhanced efficiency of hydraulic support getting in and out of test rig. This paper designs automatic system based on test rig now available, and also analyzed feasibility of this system. It can enhance efficiency of hydraulic support testing, eliminate potential accidents, it has very important applied meaning.
