摘要
针对宁夏某厂老式的双储液罐,在原来手动控制的基础上进行改造,提出了基于组态王和西门子S7-200PLC的控制系统设计方案。该控制系统采用工控机和组态王组成上位机,西门子S7-200PLC及扩展模块组成下位机,可以对现场采集到的数据进行实时监控和集中管理,方便工程人员随时查看。现场运行表明:方案合理,系统运行稳定,取得了良好的控制效果。
This paper is for old-fashioned two-tank in factory in Ningxia,in original manual control based on techanical reform, design plan of control system based on kingview ang Simens S7-200PLC view is put forward,lower processor was composed by series Siemens S7-200PLC and expansion modules in control system,moreover, centralized management and real-time monitoring of collected data are carried out through the upper processor that adopts industrial computer and kingview. Through actual operation of that scene： system is realible,stable and satisfactory results are achieved.
