摘要
分析了上运带式输送机和下运带式输送机断带故障的特征,提出了通过计算带式输送机运行速度与滚筒速度差和测量带式输送机反转信号相结合的方法,克服了下运输送带上输送带和上运带式输送机下输送带难以进行断带检测这一困难,实现了输送带的全程断带检测,有利于断带故障的及时发现。实践表明该设计是切实可行的,具有很强的实用性。
Having analyzed the belt-broken fault feature of downward belt conveyor and upward belt conveyor, monitor belt running by detecting the difference between belt speed and active rollers speed and the direction of the belt. This method can monitor above the belt of down belt conveyor and below the belt of upward belt conveyor, which is conducive to timely detection of belt-broken fault. The application shows that the design is feasible and the unit is very practical.
