摘要
为有效解决煤矿冻结法凿井盐水流量调节存在的滞后严重、非线性的控制难题,将生物免疫系统的智能反馈机理和模糊控制思想应用到冻结凿井PID变频控制中,设计了冻结凿井智能模糊-免疫PID流量调节变频控制器。结果表明,该控制器比传统PID和模糊PID响应速度更快、超调量更小、动态适应性更强,应用前景广阔。
In order to solve the problem of big delay, time-varying and nonlinear in brine flow control process of coal mine freezing sinking effectively, the author designed a intelligent fuzzy-immune PID frequency conversion flow controller in freezing sinking . The simulation results show that, in the flow control of freezing sinking ,the mixed fuzzy-immune PID controller has better performance than the traditional PID and fuzzy PID in faster response speed , less overshoot and stronger dynamic adaptability.
