摘要
长距离带式输送机是煤碳运输的关键设备,矿井采煤机掘进出来的煤通过煤大巷带式输送机直接将原煤送入主斜井皮带。介绍了施耐德ATV1100高压变频器在矿井长距离皮带机上的应用。根据控制系统框图描述了带式皮带机对高压变频设备的具体要求,并论述了如何利用ATV1100内置的功能设计实现这些要求。同时,总结了ATV1100高压变频器在矿井皮带机应用中的技术优势。
Long distance belt conveyer is the key equipment of coal transportation, coal is transported by belt conveyer through coal laneway when be excavated. This thesis presented Schneider MV drives ATV1100 application in coal mining long distance conveyer,described the requirement of belt conveyer equipment to MV drives according to system control diagram, and discussed how to use ATV1100 integrated function to fulfill these requirements. Meanwhile,ATV1100 MV drives technical advantage in coal mining belt conveyer applica- tion was summarized.
