探讨双PLC技术在多轴运动控制中的应用。针对多轴运动控制系统中不但要求有多轴的脉冲输出来驱动伺服电机或者步进电机,且每个动作要求响应快、位置精度高的条件下,通过在控制系统中应用永宏FBs系列双PLC来实现各种逻辑动作,以达到双PLC在多轴运动控制中的应用目标。经过对馆外智能图书馆的调试,用永宏双PLC能很好地满足其动作要求,达到预期目的。永宏FBs系列双PLC可以完成多轴的脉冲输出功能以及轴之间的相互协调运动,不但能很大程度上降低成本,而且应用范围也很广。

Investigated the application of double PLC in the motion control of multi-axis. According to the system of the motion control of multi-axis not only need many pulses output to drive the motion control of multi-axis or stepping motors, but also require every action rapid responses and high precision position, the double PLC of FBs series on FATEK which can achieve all kinds of logic movement is used in the control sys- tem of the outside intelligent library,and reach the aim about the application of double PLC in the motion con- trol of multi-axis. After the debugging of outside intelligent library,the double PLC of FATEK can good meet- ing the requirements and achieve the desired objectives. The double PLC of FBs series on FATEK can be com- pleted multi-axis shaft pulses output function and coordinated movement among axis. It is not only largely re- duce the cost, but also the range of using is broader.
