摘要
基于1978—2009年统计资料,对我国麻类作物的种植面积、年产量及单位面积产量的变化特征及成因进行分析。结果表明,1980—1985年我国麻类作物、红黄麻种植面积与年产量快速上涨,1985—1990年又急速下降,1990—2009年我国麻类作物、红黄麻种植面积与年产量保持缓缓萎缩;我国麻类作物生产日益萎缩的原因为麻产业效益低、劳动强度大、麻类产品价格不稳定。研究认为以低碳经济发展为契机、利用占补平衡、进行土地制度创新、申请国家地理标志产品是提高麻类作物生产规模与麻类产品质量及提高经济效益、生态效益和社会效益的有效措施。
Based on statistical data from 1978 to 2009,the paper attempted to study the variation characteristics and causes of fiber crops planting area,annual output and yield per unit area in China.The result showed that the planting area and annual output of fiber crops,kenaf and jute had risen fast during the year of 1980 to 1985,declined sharply from 1985 to 1990 and atrophied gradually from 1990 to 2009.The main causes of atrophic fiber production in China were low production efficiency,great labor intensity and unstable price.This study showed that using land requisition-compensation balance,carrying out land system innovation and applying for national geographical labeling products were effective measures to improve scale and quality of fiber crops production and to obtain higher economic,ecological and social benefits when making good use of opportunities to develop low carbon economy.
