香菜挥发性次生物质对菜青虫的拒食作用研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用水蒸气蒸馏法从香菜(Coriandrum sativum L.)茎叶中提取其挥发性次生物质,测定了香菜提取物在室内对菜青虫的拒食作用。结果表明,香菜提取物对菜青虫3龄幼虫具有较强的拒食活性,且随着提取物浓度的增加,拒食作用增加,药后72 h,香菜提取物对3龄菜青虫拒食作用在稀释倍数为50、100、200、400倍时,拒食率均达到100.0%,稀释800倍时对菜青虫拒食作用相对较弱,拒食率为66.7%。 Extract volatile matter was extracted from stem and leaves of Coriandrum sativum L.by steam distillation and drip-rinsing process respectively.Biologial activity of antifeedant effect on Pieris rapae L was tested with extraction of coriandrum sativum L..The results showed that extracts of Coriandrum sativum L.had strong antifeedant effect on Pieris rapae 3-instar larvae,and antifeedant effect on Pieris rapae 3-instar larvae increased with the concentration of the extracts of Coriandrum sativum L,which antifeedant rate on Pieris rapae 3-instar larvae reached 100.0% at 72 h in the dilution 50 times,100 times,200 times and 400 times.The antifeedant effect was relatively weak at 800 times and the,antifeedant rate reached 66.7%.
