摘要
2011年我国已育成含本土割手密血缘的品种36个,以系谱图直观地描述了我国大陆利用本土割手密创新亲本育成品种的亲缘关系。研究结果显示,虽然当地野生蔗的利用对扩大栽培甘蔗遗传基础起到了积极作用,但迄今成功产生品种的本土割手密仍限于崖城割手密、陵水割手密和云南75-2-11等品系。
Thirty six varieties could be traced back to the spontaneum parents native to China's Mainland by the end of 2011.Pedigree charts were employed to describe the family relationship of the native spontaneum-derived sugarcane varieties in China's Mainland.The analysis revealed that the use of native wild cane has played an active role in the genetic basis broadening of modern cultivars of sugarcane,but so far,only a limited number of native spontaneum clones,such as Ya-cheng spontaneum,Ling-shui spontaneum and Yun-nan 75-2-11 have been successfully used to produce descendant varieties.
