Empirical analysis on the factors affecting Guangdong farmers' income from wages

通过理论分析确定广东农民工资性收入的影响因素,再通过建立模型,实证这些因素对广东农民工资性收入的影响效应。研究结果表明,农村劳动力素质、城镇化水平、农业劳动力转移、二元结构等是影响广东农民工资性收入的关键因素,区域协调发展战略的实施、促进第三产业发展和第二产业转型升级是提高广东农民工资性收入的重要方向。

The affecting factors of Guangdong farmers＇ income from wages was determined by theoretical analysis.Through the establishment of model,the article analyzd these factors＇ impact on farmers＇ income from wages.Study conclusions indicated： quality of labor force in rural areas,the level of urbanization,agricultural labor transfer,binary structure were the key factors affecting Guangdong farmers＇ income from wages.Implementation of regional coordination development strategy,accelerating the development of the third industry,transformation and upgrading the secondary industry were important ways to improve Guangdong farmers＇ income from wages.
