对刑事诉讼中林业司法鉴定问题的思考

Discussion on the Forestry Judicial Authentication in the Course of Criminal Proceedings in Guizhou Province

司法鉴定在刑事诉讼中具有极其重要的价值,鉴定结论对定案起着至关重要的作用。通过近四年的认真调查研究,本文从五个方面分析了贵州省林业司法鉴定目前存在的一些问题,阐述了在贵州省成立林业司法鉴定机构的重要性和必要性,并提出成立林业司法鉴定机构的四点建议和措施。

Judicial authentication is of high value in the course of criminal proceedings, as the conclu- sion of judicial evaluation is critical to the verdict. In this paper, the existing problems regarding the forestry judicial authentication in Guizhou province from five aspects were discussed, and the importance and necessity of establishing forestry judicial authentication agencies in Guizhou were elaborated with some suggestions proposed.
