风扇磨直吹式制粉系统安装工艺及质量控制研究

阐述了风扇磨煤机设备主要结构、安装工艺、工艺流程和控制要点,分析了磨煤机引入管安装、磨煤机大门及保温、防爆和漏粉存在的问题,采取了相应的改进措施,提出了高温炉烟及送粉管道安装方案。实践证明,该改进方案在施工过程中能消除设计、设备上的缺陷,加快了施工进度,提高了施工质量。

This paper expounds the main structure,installation technique,process flow and control of mill,analyzes the problems existing in service pipe installation,gate,heat insulation,explosion proof and powder leakage and proposes relevant improvements,and points out installation plan for high-temperature furnace gas and powder feeding pipe.Practice proves that this plan is able to eliminate the flaws of design and equipment,thereby accelerating construction and enhancing quality.
