摘要
针对某电厂300 MW机组一次风机出现异常振动的现象,阐述了一次风机振动大的故障诊断及现场动平衡试验过程,并通过对一次风机机械侧加重达到了降低一次风机电机侧振动的目的。经过现场动平衡后,该一次风机整个轴系的振动符合厂家规定要求,从而保证了该300 MW机组安全稳定运行。
Aiming at the abnormal vibration in 300 MW unit's primary air fan,this paper expounds its fault diagnosis and on-site dynamic balance test and reduces vibration by aggravating the primary air fan side.Through the on-site dynamic balance test,the shafting vibration of this primary air fan meets the requirement of manufacturer,which guarantees the safe and stable running of 300 MW unit.
