ULTRASTRUCTURE AND TYPES OF HUMAN BLOOD-NERVE BARRIER UNDER PATHOLOGICAL CONDITIONS

摘要 光、电镜下对球蛋白紊乱血症伴浸润脑脊膜性多发性神经病、Dyck Ⅰ型先天性肥大型神经病、家族性淀粉样变性神经病、异染性脑白质营养不良、复发性多发性神经根炎及立克次氏体性血管炎性神经病等41例患者腓浅神经足背支活检标本中神经内膜血管进行了观察。结果发现血-神经屏障可有五种病理类型。(Ⅰ)内皮膜窗型或缺失型;(Ⅱ)内皮肿胀型;(Ⅲ)管壁增厚型;(Ⅳ)血栓形成型;(Ⅴ)混合型。这些改变影响神经内膜微环境,进而导致神经纤维和Schwann细胞的形态和功能改变。 The biopsies of rami cutaneus dorsalis intermedius of superficial peroneal nerve in 41 neuropathys [dysglobulinemia polyneuropathy, inherited neuropathy of Dyck Ⅰ (hypertrophic), familial neuropathy with amyloidosis, metaehromatic leukodystrophy, relapsed polyradiculoneuritis, neuropathy with polyangiites due to infection of Rickettsia and so on] were observed under light and electron microscope, and more attention was paid to the alterations of endoneurial vessels. It was found that under pathological conditions the alterations of hloodnerve barrier were of 5 types: type Ⅰ, membrane-window shape or defect of endothelium; type Ⅱ, swelling of endothelium; type Ⅲ, thickened; vascular wall type Ⅳ, thrombosis; type Ⅴ, mixed. These alterations of blood-nerve barrier can affect the endoneurial mieroenvironment, in turn, affect the morphology and functions of nerve fiber and Schwann cell.
