油耗监控系统中的多通道数据采集电路设计

摘要 现有大型物流乘用车的汽车油量传感器种类多样,传感器电阻范围不一,信号源也有所不同,且组合仪表高度集成,维护成本较高。为了解决大型物流乘用车油量信号的不统一问题,介绍了采用"HA172358运算放大器-ADC0831-AT89S52"低成本、成熟电路架构设计方案,设计适应主流油量信号的多通道数据采集电路,使油耗监控系统广泛应用于不同种类的货运车辆。同时,采用光耦芯片,实现信号隔离保护和里程数据采集,为企业管理人员对油耗的分析与评估提供了切实可靠的行车油耗和里程数据。 There are various types of auto fuel sensors,the resistance range is not standardized and the sources are different.What's more,the instrument cluster is highly integrated and the cost of maintenance is expensive.In order to solve the problem that the logistics vehicle fuel sensor signal is not uniform and to make the fuel monitoring system be widely used in different types of freight vehicles,the article describes the way used "HA172358-ADC0831-AT89S52" which is low-cost and proven circuit architecture to design a multi-channel data acquisition circuit adapted to the mainstream fuel sensor signal.While,using opto-coupler chip for signal isolation and mileage data collection can provide a practical and reliable traffic data for the enterprise management analysis and evaluation of fuel consumption.
