重点描述了雷达料位仪中信号处理电路部分的整形放大电路的基本原理与设计方法。首先信号处理方法的优劣对雷达料位仪的测距精度指标有着很重要的作用,因此对雷达料位仪的信号处理方法的研究十分重要,然而整形放大电路在整个信号处理部分有着至关重要的作用。采用2个LM324N运放组合设计出整形放大电路。经使用表明,该电路性能稳定,精度高。

This paper mainly describes the basic principle and design method of the reshaping and amplifier circuit of the signal processing circuit of the radar material level instrument.The means of signal processing has a big influence on range precision,so it is important to study the means of signal processing,however reshaping and amplifier circuit have a vital role of the entire signal processing parts.This paper is mainly about the design of the reshaping and amplifier circuit based on two LM324N op-amp.And the practical application indicated that the method performance is stable and precision.
