Ce^(3+)-Yb^(3+)共掺玻璃中频率下转换的理论模型研究

摘要 提出了一个Ce3+-Yb3+共掺玻璃系统中能量转移的理论模型,包括速率方程,功率传输方程和其他辅助方程。通过仿真,求得功率、量子转换效率分别为116.3%、136.2%。结果表明Ce3+-Yb3+共掺玻璃系统对于提高硅太阳能电池的转换效率非常有用。 This paper presents a theoretical model on the process of energy transfer in the Ce3+-Yb3+ co-doped glass system,which includes rate equations,power propagation equations and other assistant equations of Ce3+ and Yb3+ ions.Trough the simulation,power conversion efficiency equals 116.3%and quantum conversion efficiency is 136.2%.The results indicates that rare-earth ions co-doped system can be useful for enhancement of conversion efficiency of silicon solar cell.
