高校党内监督是高校党建的重要组成部分,是高校通过党内监控实现自我完善的重要手段。在实践中加强高校党内监督,要充分发扬党内民主,切实推进高校党务公开,重点加强对高校领导班子和领导干部权力运行的监督,正确处理好行政权力与学术权力的关系。

The supervision within the party in universities is an important component of the party construction, is an important means of realizing self-improvement by self-supervision of university. In the process of strengthening the su- pervision within the party, we should give full scope to democracy within the party, promote the opening of the party af- fairs in universities, strengthen the supervision for the power of leading bodies and leaders in universities, and handle the relationship between administrative power and academic power correctly.
