Integration of Heavy Metal in Organic Reaction and Food Safety Education

为了在有机化学的教学过程中渗透重金属对食品安全的影响,将相关有机反应进行总结,建议在教学过程中对学生进行专题讲座,以提升学生的食品安全意识.

In order to strengthen the influence of heavy metal on food safety in the Course of Organic Chemis- try, the relative organic reactions were summarized. The students were educated through special lecture, on this ac- count, the food safety consciousness of students were promoted.
