高校青年教师心理健康状况的元分析

The Element Analysis on the College Teachers' Psychological Health

以SCL-90症状自评量表为工具、以高校青年教师为研究对象公开发表的9篇论文为基础,采用元分析的方法对高校青年教师心理健康状况进行研究。结果发现,高校青年教师心理健康较差,在抑郁、精神病性、躯体化、焦虑四个因子上的得分均显著高于全国成人常模。该结论具有稳定性。地域效应明显、经济发达程度与高校青年教师SCL-90得分成正相关。

With the application of psychological health SCL-90 and the papers published by young college teachers,the paper made an analysis of the psychological health of young college teachers.It finds that scores of depression,psychotic,somatization,anxiety are significantly higher than that of normal level.This result appears stable,distinctive regional effect.and positively correlation between the young college teachers and the economic development level of region.
