西部地区碳排放和经济增长关系的实证研究——基于西部省际面板数据的协整检验

The Empirical Study of Carbon Emission and Economic Growth in Western Region——Co-Integration Test Based on the Panel Data of Western Region

文章运用面板数据分析方法,实证研究对西部地区各省份的碳排放与经济增长之间的协整关系。研究表明:碳排放对西部地区各省份经济的影响,除对重庆、贵州和青海的影响较显著外,对其他省份的影响并不显著;西部地区的资源优势没有转化为经济发展的优势,而是存在"资源诅咒"现象;相对于其他地区而言,西部地区更适合低碳经济的发展模式。

We used the panel data to analyze the co-integration relationship between carbon emission and economic growth in the western region,and our study showed that carbon emission has a more significant impact on Chongqing,Guizhou and Qinghai province than others.Although western region was rich in natural resource,the advantage of natural resource does not convert to the advantage of economic development,and there existed ＂resource curse＂ phenomenon in western region.The western region was more suitable for Low-Carbon Economic Development Model compared with other regions.
