摘要
建设学习型政党是新形势下保持党的先进性的必然要求,是提高党的执政能力的迫切需要。建设学习型政党要牢牢把握增强党的执政能力的具体思路,要加强学习机制建设,要弘扬理论联系实际的优良学风。
It is an essential requirement and urgent need that a learning party should be built up to maintain its advancement and enhance its ruling ability under a new situation.Building up a learning party must firmly aim at the enhancement of its ruling ability,the strengthening of the construction of its study mechanism and the promotion of the combination of theory and practice.
