乳腺癌中COX-2及VEGF-C的表达及其临床价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨环氧化酶-2(COX-2)和血管内皮生长因子-C(VEGF-C)在乳腺癌组织中的表达,以及与临床病理特征之间的关系。方法应用免疫组化S-P法检测80例乳腺癌组织的COX-2和VEGF-C表达情况。结果 80例乳腺癌胞质中COX-2表达阳性者65例(81.25%),VEGF-C表达阳性者58例(72.50%),COX-2及VEGF-C表达均为阳性者51例(63.75%),并且二者表达成正相关(r=0.538,P<0.05)。COX-2及VEGF-C的表达与患者的年龄、肿瘤大小、雌激素受体及孕激素受体等因素无明显相关性(P>0.05),而与乳腺癌的TNM分期存在相关性(P<0.05)。结论 COX-2及VEGF-C在乳腺癌组织中均呈较高表达,可能是乳腺癌发生发展的重要因子,抑制二者的表达,可能是治疗乳腺癌的新途径。 Objective To explore the expression of cyclooxygenase--2(COX--2) and vascular endothelial growth factor--C(VEGF--C) in breast cancer and its association with clinicopathogical features of breast cancer.Methods method) was applied to detect the expression of COX--2 and VEGF-C of cancer specimens of 80 cases.Results Among 80 cases, 65 cases showed positive expression (81.25%) of COX--2 in cytoplasm, 58 cases (72.50%) of VEGF--C and 51 cases (63.75%) of both COX--2 and VEGF-C. The expression of COX--2 and VEGF-C was positively correlated (r=0.538,P〈0.05). The expression was not associated with age of patient, size of tumor, estrogen receptor or progesterone receptor, but it was correlated with TNM staging of breast cancer.Conclusico Both COX--2 and VEGF--C, expressed at a high level, may he important factors involving occurrence and development of breast cancer. Inhibiting the expression of them may provide a new way to treatment of breast cancer.
