泪道冲洗加泪道探通术治疗婴幼儿泪囊炎的临床疗效

Lacrimal Duct Flush and Probing of the Lacrimal Passage in the Treatment of Infants with Dacryocystitis Clinical Curative Effect

目的探讨泪道冲洗加泪道探通术治疗婴幼儿泪囊炎的临床疗效。方法对我院51例59眼婴幼儿泪囊炎患儿先给予泪道冲洗,不愈后在给予泪道探通术,探讨泪道冲洗加泪道探通术治疗该病的临床疗效与临床安全。结果 <6个月组的有效率为96.88%,6～12个月组的临床疗效为87.50%,>12个月组的临床疗效为54.55%%,经比较<6个月组的临床疗效明显优于其余2组,均(P<0.05)。并发症:所有病例无1例窒息或呛咳发生,泪小点哆开1眼,眼睑皮下水肿3眼。结论泪道冲洗加泪道探通术治疗婴幼儿泪囊炎具有较好的临床疗效,且操作简单,并发症少,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the lacrimal passage irrigation and probing of lacrimal passage in treatment of infant dacryocystitis clinical curative effect.Methods 51 cases in our hospital in 59 eyes of infant dacryocystitis by lacrimal duct flush children give in give,not more after probing of lacrimal passage,of lacrimal duct flush and probing of the lacrimal passage in the treatment of the disease clinical curative effect and clinical safety.Results 6 months group businesslike for 96.88%,6 and 12 months group＇s clinical curative effect for 87.50%,12 months group＇s clinical curative effect for 54.55%%,compared with 6 months group＇s clinical curative effect is obviously superior to the other two groups（P0.05）,mean.All cases had no complications：1 cases of asphyxia or choking occurs,the small tear open the 1 eye,eyelid subcutaneous edema in 3 eyes.Conclusion Lacrimal passages douching and probing of lacrimal passage in treatment of infant dacryocystitis has good clinical curative effect,and has the advantages of simple operation,fewer complications,worthy of clinical application.
